Fucking kwee-beck according to my family. It’s traditional in English to pronounce it “kwuh-beck” but I like to say it “kuh-beck” which I guess is between “kwuh” and “kay”. Some of us say "zee" on occasion, due to the influence of American media. I had a physics teacher who would say "Zed, or zee, depending on what channel you watched Sesame Street". But "zed" is the pronunciation that comes from the Greek "zeta". In French it is always "zed". "Z" is also pronounced as or very similarly to "zed" in German, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian and French. This is because the letter Z comes from the Greek letter ζ -- zeta. This was shortened by the Northern and Western Europeans to "zed", and shortened further by the Americans to "zee". Zed since that's how it's pronounced in the game, plus I think it sounds cooler than Zee. Roman titles, Latin names, Japanese characters, Western vehicles, and Arthurian weapons. - Final Fantasy

Middle French "zede" - now would you pronounce that like "zeed" or like "zed"? People back in the day weren't sure either, so "zee" and "zed" both developed and were used simultaneously until one was standardised in the USA and another was standardised elsewhere.
