Case is 41mm, bezel is 42mm, lugs are 51.8mm. Bracelet is 22mm X 5mm. I would think a 45mm Helson would be too big. I have pretty "standard" wrists (6.75"), and in the newer (2017 and later) models, I prefer the 41mm model over the 38mm model. In the older models (before 2007), I prefer the 38.5mm over the 41.5mm. A couple of other considerations: (1) The dial color you get affects the perceived size.
