Get a test drive the 320i can seem underpowered with the lack of torque or the refinement of a 6 cyl engine. Also depends on your mileage, as with diesel and petrol costing the same at the pumps the 320d probably work out cheaper to run (so long as enough miles) also the road tax I think is cheaper. Give them both a try.
