And most important, fine tune the hell out of your cars if you want good results. Test them, understand them, love them. Cars that I personally avoid like the plague are: A4, RX-8, SL 500, GTO, Monaro, CLK 500 and It's really easy.I just started and am on blacklist 14 I think and I already have 200,000+. Just hit and smash into police cars and when theres a road block always make sure that you break through it. You could hit cars and stuff. And should be easy for you cause your on blacklist 2.
